Cookery workshop with 4-course dinner
We start with an adventurously delicious open-air cookery workshop. The workshop is given in a fun, accessible and hospitable way at Buitenkoken Giethoorn at Schouwenburg farm in Giethoorn. Your view is of passing boats on one side and the Weerribben-Wieden National Park on the other. The focus of this roughly four-hour cookery workshop is on cooking with Dutch ovens. You get to know different kinds of cast-iron pans and learn the technique of cooking over a wood fire and with briquettes. In small groups you prepare a delicious meal. Each group cooks one or two dishes, so that together we prepare a complete four-course dinner.

We end the cookery workshop with coffee, tea and cake from the fire.
