Welcome with coffee and cake
Welcome with unlimited coffee and tea, including a selection of different teas, fresh mint and honey. There is lemonade for the children. On the table is a board full of delicious 'arretjescake' (Dutch chocolate cake) to enjoy to your heart's content.
Boat tour through Giethoorn
Step aboard our comfortable tour boat with your party. Our experienced skipper, who is also your guide, takes the group on a beautiful trip through the picturesque village of Giethoorn. During the tour he tells you all about the history, culture and special places of our unique water village.
Back at the Fanfare: a short walk
Discover charming little shops, visit our historic church, take a look at sights such as De Oude Aarde, Het Olde Maat Uus and Gloria Maris, and take stunning photos of the iconic thatched roofs, picturesque little bridges and atmospheric streets.
